About me
My name is Zaria Nurse, I am in my mid-20s and living in Barbados. I have gathered work experience from the age of 16, being a driver, cashier, waitress and now an up-and-coming mixologist who can also write a pretty good piece.
I have found my niche and combined my 2 biggest passions, writing and mixology which I studied at Topshelf Bartending Academy. I was top of the class in my first year and not to brag but also the youngest. The knowledge I gained from that course mixed with my experience in various hotels, restaurants and bars has added to my growth in many ways I wish to show.
As for writing, there is not a book or device I own that is free of my scribbles, from poetry to stories to songs or just plain thoughts nothing could tell me writing isn’t a part of me. Taking my inspiration from Maya Angelou my favourite author and probably my favourite woman, (after my mother) I realized this is something I want to be known for and be exceptional.
Another goal of mine is to acquire the description of being a jack of many traits and a seeker of knowledge. When it comes to education, I am studying for my Bachelor in Marketing at SMC University.
